Palm & Needle is a monthly gathering rooted in warmth and groove—local selectors spinning soul, jazz, tropical, and global cuts on vinyl. Unhurried, drink-forward, and community-minded.
The Back Door Sessions - Starting February 14th 2026
The Back Door Sessions are our standing Saturday nights—unannounced, unforced, and handled with intention. Each week, DJ Purflo sets the room from 8PM to midnight, selecting music that complements the space rather than competes with it. No themes, no spectacle—just a steady rhythm, low light, and cocktails built to be enjoyed slowly.

Open Mic After Hours
Thursdays & Fridays at 8 pm
Open Mic After Hours, is a relaxed late-night extension of Bar 1924. The evening begins as it always does—low light, steady pacing, and cocktails built with intention. Later on, the mic opens for guests who want to participate. And karaoke begins.
Sunday Industry Night and Open Decks
Starting February 8th, we’ll be hosting a weekly Sunday Industry Open Decks Night at Bar 1924 — an open-format, low-pressure space for DJs, selectors, and music lovers to connect, test new sounds, and wind down before the week ahead.
This night is built for intentional listening and groove-forward sets, centered around ~90 BPM and adjacent tempos. Think slow-burn rhythm, head-nod energy, and musical storytelling over peak-hour pressure.
